Welcome to La Scogliera del Capo
We are delighted that you have chosen our property in Santa Maria di Ricadi for your stay on the Costa degli Dei.
By making a reservation through our website, email, or phone, the Guest acknowledges having read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions, as well as the House Rules. The reservation is personal and may not be transferred to third parties without prior written authorization from Management.
1. Reservations and Payments
To confirm your stay, a deposit is required (usually 30% of the total). The balance must be paid upon check-in or according to the terms indicated in the booking confirmation.
2. Cancellations
In the event of cancellation, the deposit may be partially refunded or retained, depending on the amount of notice provided. Please consult your confirmation email for the specific policies applicable to your rate.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: From 4:00 PM. Please let us know your expected arrival time.
Check-out: By 10:00 a.m. to allow for sanitization.
4. House Rules
Guests are required to respect the quiet of the property and take care of the furnishings. Any damage caused during their stay will be charged to the guest. The number of occupants cannot exceed the number declared at the time of booking.
5. Included and Extra Services
The rate includes utilities (electricity, water, gas) but does not include linens or final cleaning. Any additional services requested on-site may incur an additional charge.
6. Pet Policy
We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, provided you notify us at the time of booking. To ensure the comfort of all guests, the following rules apply:
Behavior: Pets must not be left unattended inside the villas and are not permitted on beds or sofas. Liability: The pet owner is solely responsible for any damage to persons or property within the property.
7. Refunds and Force Majeure
Emergency Cancellations: In the event of an objective impossibility to stay due to force majeure (e.g., sudden government restrictions or severe natural events), we undertake to offer a voucher of equal value or a partial refund, net of any management fees already incurred.
Early Departure: In the event of a guest voluntarily terminating their stay, no refund will be provided for any unused days.
8. Legal Requirements
In accordance with current Italian law, access to the property is subject to the presentation of a valid identity document for each guest (including minors) for the purpose of reporting to the State Police Guest Portal.
9. Tourist Tax
This tax is not included in the price and is paid separately in cash.
10. Extra Guests
Persons not registered on the reservation are prohibited from staying.
